Frequently asked
FAQ
Everything about ordering custom luggage tags — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 100 units across all materials. Smaller keepsake or sample runs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for large loyalty, promotional, and travel programs.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample so you can approve the physical tag before we run the full order — ask about terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix materials in one order?
Yes. You can combine materials — say genuine leather tags for VIPs and PVC tags for a wider giveaway — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, material, colors, and die specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print- or engraving-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build ready-to-produce artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on vegan leather, PVC, and silicone, so your tags match your brand exactly. Genuine leather and wood use natural material colors with your logo debossed or engraved.
Can you individually personalize each tag?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names or numbers and we can personalize tags individually — common for executive gifts, member programs, and metal tags with serialized IDs.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About two weeks from approved mockup for standard styles; fully custom molds or die-cut shapes add a short tooling step we’ll flag up front.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for a firm event, launch, or trade-show date — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Because tags are small and light, bulk orders are economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment — common for multi-office gifting or event drop-shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.
Pricing & Payment
How much do custom luggage tags cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $1.25 per unit for printed PVC up to $9.00 for genuine leather, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, material, color, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established companies and agencies.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.
Product & Care
What materials and colors are available?
Genuine leather, vegan leather, full-color PVC, anodized aluminum, wood, and silicone — in Black, Tan/Cognac, Brown, Navy, Burgundy, White, and custom Pantone matches where the material allows.
Is the decoration really permanent?
Yes. Debossing is pressed into leather with a heated die, laser engraving is burned into metal and wood, and molded logos are formed into silicone — none of these peel or rub off the way a printed sticker does. PVC is printed and sealed to resist fading.
Which material is most durable?
Anodized aluminum and silicone are the most rugged — effectively unbreakable. Leather is durable and ages beautifully; PVC and wood are durable with normal travel use.
Do the tags include an ID window or address card?
Most styles include a clear ID window with a printed address card or an engraved/write-on reverse panel, so travelers can add their contact details.
How do I care for leather and wood tags?
Keep them dry, wipe with a soft cloth, and condition leather occasionally. Both are sealed against normal travel exposure and will age gracefully with use.
